From university to Kopani: Max studied Business Administration and Medical Technology in Cologne before moving to the south. In Innsbruck, he works for Kopani as a Headhunter in the Medical Affairs & Marketing sector. Max greatly values the opportunity to work completely remotely. The Hamburg native loves traveling, nature, and engaging with different cultures and people. In the summer, he searches for the right candidates from Italy – or maybe it will be Portugal or South America? With over 18 years of experience in human resources, Doris knows exactly what matters in HR. She remains as fascinated by recruiting as she was in the beginning: the rapid digital communication possibilities, global connectivity, and the new job market bring the exact dynamics to the role of a recruiter that Doris values much. Since November 2022, she has been supporting Kopani’s Pharma team part-time. Doris works remotely from Nuremberg and, in her free time, enjoys travelling across Europe in her own caravan.

The world is too exciting to reside in just one place, according to Giovanna. As a graduate in Tourism and Health Management, she has already traveled to many countries, from Argentina to Holland, and lived abroad for several years. The desire to continue evolving and expand her talents in communication and recruiting brought her to Kopani in Munich. Since September 2022, Giovanna has been working in the Pharma team, focusing on Market Access. She particularly enjoys the daily, intensive exchange with candidates. In her free time, Giovanna loves creative activities and finds balance in painting.

Nina studied International Business Administration in Bamberg, USA, and Italy. Before taking parental leave break, she supported Kopani’s Medical Technology team. Since early 2023, she has been working in internal Learning & Development, focusing on creating and optimizing internal training programs to develop existing and new team members.

Patrick works as a headhunter for Kopani in the search for talent in the medical technology sector. What he particularly likes about Kopani is the warmth and helpfulness of the team. Patrick prefers to spend his free time on stage – as an actor, singer and dancer.

Beginning a career in recruiting while exploring Latin America: At Kopani, Justus pursues his professional goals while indulging his passion for travel. The Munich native works as a Headhunter in the medical technology industry for Kopani, operating remotely from Brazil. Justus studied Business Communication in Munich and International Relations in the Netherlands.

Vera has been working in personnel consulting for almost five years and has been supporting the Kopani team with her extensive experience as a Headhunter since 2023. Originally from Heidelberg, she moved to Bremen for her marketing studies and now lives in Munich. Guiding people on their career paths is a true passion for Vera, bringing her a great deal of positivity. She particularly values that, in addition to supporting others in their development, her diverse daily work and communication with various individuals and industries provide her with new insights. In her free time, Vera enjoys cooking and delights her friends with Asian and Italian dishes. She also has a special fascination for the “regrowing” concept and strives to live as sustainably as possible – as used things are often even better than new ones.

With over 15 years of experience as an assistant, Ines has specialized in the medical sector At Kopani, she provides versatile support to the team, serving as the “heart and soul” and always being ready with an open ear for various tasks – from event planning to accounting to overseeing the administrative aspects at Kopani. In her free time, Ines seeks activities that reflect her passion for movement and creativity: whether it’s ballet, hiking, climbing, yoga, or painting. Versatility and commitment characterize both her professional and personal life. Ines is always open to new experiences and welcomes every challenge. Laura is in the final stages of her Master’s studies in Management in Würzburg and supports the Kopani team in all marketing and social media activities. As a remote worker, she curates content for Kopani’s LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, focusing on engaging topics related to the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries. Additionally, she provides regular insights into the working life at Kopani. Laura particularly values the hands-on experience she gains compared to her rather theoretical academic studies. When not juggling between lectures and home office, Laura enjoys going for a run with friends along the Main River or playing tennis. In the winter, she also likes hitting the slopes on skis. Laura uses her semester vacation for traveling, preferring sunny destinations.
